Cannot receive e-mails
Hi, I'm testing my mail support@tikitakastore.com and It seems to send/receive e-mails from some accounts but not others. For example, whenever I try to recover a password from my account in some other website and I put support@tikitakastore.com it order to send the verification e-mail, I never get it. I'm also testing sending mails from here https://putsmail.com/tests or https://www.mail-tester.com and I never get those mails either. Thanks in advance, Daniel

Hi, We shifted hosting our domain 'somethingfishy.in' from GoDaddy to AWS and added the MX records in the AWS yesterday morning but it hasn't propagated yet. We haven't been receiving emails for the past few days. Please do let us know the solution asap.
3rd Party Mail Client with Tag/Catagory Support
Having come from Outlook with my last employer, I put together a pretty good system of organizing my emails using the categories. I figured that Zoho tags would pretty much fit the bill for this, except it seems that there is no way to sync them with any mail clients that I can find. Can anyone point me in the right direction of a mail client that supports bi directional sync of Zoho mail tags?

Hi, I am trying to use Zoho SMTP to send emails with PHP Mailer. The from address is configured as support@tegimus.com but in all the emails sent, the sender address is being shown as tegimus@gmail.com. Searched through a lot of articles but couldnt find this specific issue. I have defined a public group with an email address and added myself to this group. I have email forwarding configured on my Zoho mail account. Direct emails are arriving in Zoho mailbox and being forwarded successfully, however, group emails are arriving in Zoho mailbox but NOT being forwarded. Please assist.

CPanel shows all the records as correct. My other accounts seem to be receiving emails fine. SalesInbox with EXCHANGE
We spent thousands to upgrade our exchange server so that it would work with Zoho SalesInbox only to find out that emails aren't going into the SENT folder. Anyone else having this issue and do you know the fix. Getting Frustrated... Cant implement the rest of the company till it is resolved.

Outgoing service of our one email id info@metalite.in is blocked. I am trying to unblock from control panel but it is unable to unblock. We have also tried the other methods like unblockme link but still it is blocked. Please unblock this id.

Hello! I suddenly have a problem from yesterday to one of my emails. When everything was working good suddenly it start to popup a message in outlook that my password is wrong... but only for POP server. the SMTP servers works good.. i did not change anything, it just happened p.s: this happen to all my devices not only in one pc with outlook

SMTP authentication doesn't seem to work
Is SMTP authentication actually required to send emails within the same domain? It seems this is switched off at Zoho. I get a lot of spam where the sender email address is the same as my email address. With a simple requirement for SMTP authentication when sending within my domain, I would be able to fight this spam. Is there any possibility?? Kind regards, Fokko Veegens
