Don`t receive a letters from some senders
Hi! Domain name - practic.bz. Now we not receive a letters from senders, from domain names astrid-shop.com or comcom.com.ua/ Where is problem? Its very bad for us not receive mail from our clients.
Not receiving Group mail from outside mail

Archived emails are lost
Hi, I click on the archive email, the mail gets removed from my inbox and then it is nowhere to be found!!! It is not in my "all email" folder, it is not in the archive folder. But if I search specifically for it I will find it. Any ideas why this happens and how this can work properly? Thanks
Virus detected just in pdf files?
Hello, since this morning, Zoho blocks all pdf files attached to our mail accounts (3 accounts blocked), it does not block other types of files and we are allowed to send pdfs, it's just to download them, is it a bug?

Cannot Access Superadministrator account [removed google oauth credentials]
Created a zoho mail account for a friend but accidentally used my google oauth to create the account and log in. I didn't want my name or google account attached, so once I logged in I made my friend the superadministrator with the email address that I just created for him on zoho and removed my own google credentials from the profile. The problem is Zoho never asked me to create a new password for my friend so essentially he has a superadministrator account that no one can log into since I removed

IMAP promise to existing free users doesn't seem to be kept
I've emailed support about this but had no reply. My phone needed a software update and I've had to reload my two Zoho emails. One free (and well over ten years old) and one paid. The phone has accepted the IMAP credentials for the paid account but not the free one. Why? I'm loading to Outlook for Android and Blackberry Hub. It's the same IMAP details for both my accounts. How are you "marking" old free accounts so IMAP still works on them.

Hi Folks, I am getting the Cname not verified error. Here are a couple of things i want to clarify before the solutions come. 1. I have added the cname with my doman provider. 2. Automatic Reminder in ZOHO Mail Calendar?
Hi, I know it's possible to manually set reminders for each event, but I would want this to be done automatic for all events in my calendar. I've read a few threads where this can be found in Settings - but I don't have this as an option here. See the attached image. Problem writing new e-mails
After I put any Template, if i type specifically the letter "c", it takes me again to write a new email and I can't finish it. It's not computer problem nor keybord, i tried in different computers, same thing. I also tried to open in different browsers but the problem is still there.
