after registering with zoho as a new business email. on attempting to add new user, I keep getting the error message above and I can't proceed. My logged in account is an admin account.
How do I move emails to folders to get organized?
I am trying to organize my emails that I want to save, but I don't know how to move them to folders. I am still getting used to Zoho and I love this email service! Zoho is so much better than Hotmail. Hotmail will NOT even let you sign out now!!! I know you can help me with this simple request. Thank you for creating ZOHO!!!
Issues with sending/receiving mails
Hi We created arzooo.com domain ids on zoho. We have set up DKIM, SPF etc all relevant settings. But whenever anyone sending a mail on any of the domain ids, it shows this mail id is not found. Mails are bouncing. Also, our mails are not going to any external ids. Pls help us resolve this ASAP.
Zoho Mail unable to verify account or password (works on other computer)
Hello! Apple Mail on Macbook Air says "Unable to verify account or password" despite having exactly the same settings as my iMac. Spoke to Apple Support that refers to Zoho. Both have latest update of High Sierra. Using imappro.zoho.com (993) for incoming and smtp.zoho.com (465 or 587, tried both) for outgoing. SSL for both. Any solution?

Hi, I am unable to send mail every time I do I get "Unable to send message;" This is happening on both my desktop and my mobile app. Also whilst trying to update the send as section in case of any password or setting errors I get "Sorry, we are unable to process your request." Please fix the font size or aesthetics for Zoho calendar!
I have a personal Zoho email account, but it seems that the font size in the Zoho calendar on the web is too small and not the same as the rest of the email account. I've looked in settings, but I didn't find a font option that specifically effects the calendar. The calendar events look awful and are a bit hard for me to see (especially with night mode on)! I can of course zoom-in by my browser, but this aesthetic issue needs fixing. I don't believe the problem is with my browser or computer. Please,

Zoho Email, After Months Of Functioning, Won't Synch or Refresh
I am a paid subscriber and have been using Zoho email for months and love it. I use it on my PC, iPhone, iPad. However, the last email I received was yesterday, which is not the case as I have checked my email via my email provider's web portal and I have many messages since. Help...thanks! Bobby

Hello, When I send emails where I delegate tasks to someone else I usually flag those emails as "waiting for" so as not to forget to remind that person about the task later. I use a blue flag for that. Now currently I send an email and then access the Sent folder, find the message (usually it's on the top, because it was just sent) and flag it. However, this is a bit tedious. It would be great to have the ability to flag a message on the editing stage, similar to how the "Remind me" option

I have configured Zoho email, however when I send an email from Zoho to a customer, that sent item does not appear in my other IMAP clients. Isn't that the purpose of IMAP in the first place? Please advise how to fix this. Thanks!

I am unable to access my email by any means other than webmail or the zoho app. The imap server does not recognize me. I tried changing my password: all mobile apps and webmail work, but not Apple mail on my laptop or my iPhone.
