Sent box download issue
Dear team, We shifted all mail from X hosting provider to your server. For saving space , based on your documents we set POP with delete once download option but mails were downloaded only Inbox not sent mails. Still many mails in sent box on zoho portal. I would like to know the reason for not deleting mails. I set 15 days - older mail delete from server in Thunderbird mail application. Please help me to fix this issue since 99% mail box full. Lost verification code page
Hi Zoho professionals I have an issue. I get myself registered for the zoho mail using mahiseafood.com domain name....but unfortunately I lost the verification code web page. I have the verification code , the user name and PW but how can I recover the verification code web page? Or if you can release the domain mahiseafood.com , I would register the same with zoho. Forward to internal addresses
When I attempt to set up a forward to an address at my domain (internal address), I get the error "Email forwarding could not be added. Try later." For example, if my address is me@mydomain.com, I get an error if I try to forward to anotheruser@mydomain.com. I am able to forward to an outside domain, however. I need two separate individuals to receive message sent to a specific address. If forwarding is not the mechanism (as it is in Gmail), I would greatly appreciate someone letting me know how
Merge Free Plan domain with newly purchased Standard Plan on a second domain.
As the title says, I have been working with a free plan on one domain. I will start using many different domains so I bought a Standard plan and configured on a second domain that I will be using. When I go into add domain it says that the domain already exists. Makes sense since it's already being used with the free plan. How can I link both accounts without losing any data?

Not receiving emails in my outlook account linked to Zoho
I am not receiving emails to my microsoft outlook account that is linked with zoho account. I am able to send emails from outlook but for some reason am not able to receive. Mails not in chronological order
I just added an email account to ZOHO-Mail. It has been updating my inbox and now, I think, it is done. However the emails are not listed in chronological order. Mails from 2015 are followed up by mails from 2017 and 2016. It is a mess! What can be done?
Unified Mail Accounts on Webmail IMAP
Hi, I need to add several emails to my webmail so I can see them all in my account. The thing it only lets me add POP accounts and when it syncs, it marks all mails as unread even thought they have bben read on Outlook or my phone. This only happens with the ones I cant mark as IMAP. In the control panel they are marked as IMAP....help? Thanks Igal

I am unable to search my mail
Hello there, I added my mail on both Outlook and Mac Mail as IMAP following instructions here, but I am unable to search through my mailbox. Nothing I type populates search results. Templates email - Recipients are not populated
Hello, I have created a few templates for the emails I send often. My only problem so far is the empty recipients list. My template has emails in the To: and CC: fields already. However, when I insert the template in a new email, I have to re-write them. Is there any way to populate those fields?
Pressing the Archive button doesn't close the message after archiving
When you are viewing a message and you press the archive button, it used to close the message after archiving it. This isn't working anymore. You have to manually press the X to close the message after pressing the archive button. This really slows down going through mail and archiving it! What happened?

Dear Friends and Support I´ve just decided to use Zoho Mail , but I do not have acces to the user zoho mail area. They ask for my cell phone (which is the same as in zoho dasboard) also I am using the correct password . Hello I tried to send an email and it gave me the message: Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked Can someone please unblock my account so I can send email again? Problem with emails sent with attachment
Some of my emails with attachment are not getting delivered to the recipient. I am not getting any particular bounce email message or error on sending these emails. When i checked with the recipient, they said that they have not received any emails.

Trouble verifying domain (Amazon Route 53)
Hello, I am having trouble verifying my domain that I have registered through Amazon Route 53. I have added both the CNAME record and TXT method to the domain on Amazon, however when I return to the domain setup page on Zoho Mail, it says I still need to verify my domain. I have tried going to zb******.mydomain.com and it takes me back to the verification page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Email verification failed, tried all 3 ways
I have tried all the 3 ways you mentioned for email setting up, domain verification. site is tangybox.com, it is hosted on AWS and domain is on Bigrock.in 1. added CNAME, error: There are no CNAME Records found for your domain. 2. added TXT, error: There are no TXT Records found for your domain. 3. tried html method, you can see: http://tangybox.com/zohoverify/verifyforzoho.html and again error: host not found. And its not like I am checking instantly, but I have waited for over 1 day for each.
