Hi, when an email is sent to my clients, hotmail/outlook shows this in top bar inside the email: this sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. SHOW BLOCKED CONTENT Can you please guide me how i can solve this issue? Thanks and Regards,

CNAME Verification Problem

We had a user called admin@gochotu.com, I tried to rename it to admins@gochotu.com but I got a message "User already exists in your org". Then I deleted admin@gochotu.com and tried to create admins@gochotu.com but I still get "User already exists in your org". Please help. Thanks, Bilal Ahmed

I am unable to receive any emails. I can send emails fine without any problem. The issue only started recently as I did receive emails fine before. I checked my MX record for the domain and it is showing that it is set correctly.

Can't move emails to subfolders
When I create a subfolder within mail.zoho.com it shows up in my apple mail. When I move an email to that subfolder, it's not showing up in the online version of mail. Only in the subfolder on apple mail. Then it creates a new folder ex. One Two then it creates a top level folder that looks like this. One.Two --- I then get an error on Mail, when I click on the subfolder that says, "The operation couldn’t be completed. (MCMailErrorDomain error 1030.)" "The name “One.Two” can’t be used.
All external incoming mails are getting rejected!
Dear Sir/Madam, This is with respect to w***********u.com domain for which mail services are provided by Zoho. All the mails from GMail, Hotmail and other external mail providers are getting rejected. But the mails internally from Zoho (w***********u.com) accounts are getting delivered to w***********u.com accounts. The mail gets rejected for all users. Error with Zoho Mail Suite sync and Outlook 2016

I have downloaded and installed the "Zoho Mail Suite Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook 32 bit" from here https://www.zoho.com/calendar/39746644/ZohoMail-SuiteSync.exe and installed it on a Windows 7 System (.NET 4.0/4.5 installed) with Outlook 2016. After launching the Plug-In it asks me for Username and Password. I enter them and afterwards nothing happens. The user/pass dialog remains open but unresponsive, I have to kill the "Zoho_Mail_Suite_Sync.exe" in Task-Manager. I have checked the zohoplugin.log:
New Emails Showing Up Under ZMNewsletter Folder
I noticed that new emails I have coming in are going both under the Views of Unread and the Folder of ZMNewsletter. Any ideas why these would be showing up under ZMNewsletter? Also, is there a way to just have new emails appear only under the Inbox instead of the Unread view?
Is there a way to know if a user is receiving the groups confirmation email?
I added several users to a group but some say the confirmation email didn't arrived. They already checked their spam folders. Is there a way to know if the confirmation email is bouncing or being held? Thanks.
SMTP Access Denied
Hello, I have SMTP enabled for my mail accounts, but the connection from another client is refused almost every time, but I am entering the correct credentials (as they are the same when the connection is accepted). I couldn't find any errors in the admin panel, and it is not the client, as I have tried multiple clients with the same problem. Only once was it able to connect, with the exact same credentials as when it was refused.
