I can not acces pop mail via outlook
Hi I just move my email in ms. outlook into a new pc, when i tried to create a new email account in my new pc using ms outlook, it works for a few hour, but then suddenly i can not access it again, it says that your email server rejected your login, verify user name and password for this account. i dont know what happened? i've recheck all the setting, and i use a correct setting in my ms outlook. email address & username : bernadet@spmgroup-id.com incoming server : poppro.zoho.com smtp : smtp.zoho.com

we had stopped receiving emails from some addresses
Hello, I have been trying to find a solution for this problem for a while now. 3 of our accounts receiving email from phobs.net domain. One of them still receives them but other two stopped getting these emails. What could be the problem? I had checked spam folder, blacklist IP (and added IP to the whitelist) , asked helpdesk for the problem and no solution. Any other ideas or opinions about this?

Is there any way to setup my personal email address to be able to send as the email I'm hosting on zoho so I don't have to check zohomail everytime? And once I have email forwarding setup, is it possible to please still receive a copy on the email itself, just to make sure that no emails are lost.
Can't send email to Google addresses
I can receive email from Gmail or Google Apps email addresses, but whenever I try to respond or send new emails to them, I get this error: "INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :550, ERROR_CODE :Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable " They are valid addresses, as I use them, and am even trying to respond to emails that were received from valid Gmail accounts.

But there's an issue that I can't receive mail from outer id but I get mail from my internal id like 'info@innovativemate.com' Although I can send mails to outer id like test@gmail.com but can't receive from them. Multipe emails under one domain
I have a business account I pay for and want to add a personal account (for free?). I can't set it up as they both have the same phone number and I have read the limitations on that. Can I add one more email under my current domain for no additional charge (in effect free?). Or can I add a personal address xxxx@zoho.com under a domain name xxxx@domain.com?
