I can receive most E-mails for my main domain @b-hearet.net with the exception of messages from @carbon108.com According to my settings incoming messages for @b-hearet.net should be kept on Zoho web-mail AND forwarded to another address for archiving purposes. The problem is that incoming messages FROM @carbon108.com TO @b-heart.net seem to be ignored by Zoho web-mail. Forwarding all mail woks fine. But if I try to enable forwarding via Filters in @b-heart.net that does not work for specified
Used Storage Greater than Sum of All Mail Folders
Hello, I have noticed an issue where my Zoho Mailbox is showing my Used Storage as much greater that the Sum of my individual Mail Folders (i.e. Inbox, Sent Items, etc.) For example, currently when I go to Control Panel -> Mail Storage -> Used Storage shows 4.08 GB Used of 5.0 GB But when I go to Control Panel -> Settings -> Folders, the sum of all folders including archives totals only approximately 100 MB. Can you please help me understand why my Used Storage is showing 4.08 GB? Thank you.

Today we have upgraded our Free account to Standard account (annual subscription). We have one single user and it will remain so. No extra users will be added. But we will use multiple domains with the same email id such as: info@domain1.com (already exists) info@domain2.com (we created this domain and all verified) Now we cannot create info@domain2.com mail account. One of my oldest domain-names is registered with yahoo and the associated website is hosted by yahoo. When I send an email from this domain-e-ddress with other email clients the recipients of my mails always see info@[my-domain-name].com as the sender. However when I send it through my newly set up ZOHO-mail it also mentions 'yahoo'. This looks unprofessional. How can I turn that off?

Now we did all changes and configured thunderbird for that account. But only last 2 month data getting downloaded and still more than 1 years data in Zoho account.
