Domain is already registered
I'm also getting this "This Domain is not supported or is already registered with Zoho" I was trying to verify my number then I realized i put in the wrong number (wrong digit) and I backed out of verifcation for the number to re-input my correct mobile number and now it says this. bateslab.com is my domain.
Not all emails in category being added
I've setup a category in mail that has about 38 contacts. When I goto reference the category I get about 14 emails that only come up. Why is this happening?

Auto reply without end date

Problem with downloading attach files.
Hello, I am having problems with attachment on mails of zoho. If i attach a file for example an excel file .XLSX if i try to download the same file, the download box gave me a "FileDownload" with extension DOCX, as shown at the screenshot This is happening to every mail that i have, in every pc. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

Hello, My email account danielbueno@amazzoniacontabilidade.com.br has been blocked. At the time payment invoices were sent to my customers and I did not know that ZOHO could block for such a reason. Problem in getting emails to recipient's inbox
I am facing problem in getting my emails to recipient's inbox to those who have Gmail or qq.com email. My dkin and spf are properly updated in DNS RECORDS. Its a huge inconvenience and solution provided by zohomail support is to ask recipient to add my email as NOT A SPAM.. which is kinda unprofessional.. this is not why we have chosen Zoho over any other webmail. Do fix it asap

We are not able to send or receive emails from Zoho mail. When sending email it says that it is sent, but does not appear in sent folder, and is not received by the intended reciever. Not receiving email
I seem to no longer be getting email to my account. The last email I received was on November 14, 2017. I sent an email earlier today from the account and haven't had a reply back to it yet, which I would have expected, so I tried sending test emails to the account to see if they would be received. I sent: - an email from my @gmail.com account via my ipad - an email from the same @gmail.com account via my desktop computer - an email from an account hosted with Rackspace email via my desktop computer
