Cannot enable IMAP
When I enable IMAP for my account it says saved. After refreshing, or leaving and returning to the settings page the IMAP setting shows disabled. It seems to just switch back to disabled no matter what I do.
Can't Enable IMAP
I cannot enable IMAP on new emails accounts. After activating IMAP and getting the success confirmation message, I refresh the page and it appears again NOT ACTIVE. This is for mipedido@epet.cl and no-responder@epet.cl. This last account the IMAP was enabled and I deactivated it to test, now I can't enable the IMAP again. Help!
ResponseCode 421, Host not reachable
For the past 4-5 days there area a handful of emails which are being bounced back to me with this message. The issue is sometimes the emails go through, and other times they don't, to the same user. This is causing major issues for me and my daily business operations. I have on three separate occasions contacted customer service and of course i've got nothing back. I need to know why some emails go through and others don't. Sometimes to the same address. I need this resolved ASAP.
emails getting kicked back
Someone needs to resolve my issue: emails keep getting kicked back. I've sent three emails to customer service. No response. I've attempted to make several posts here, none of them are being posted. What is going on? The recipients have valid email addresses. I have emailed them from my zoho account numerous times, this week even. So what is the problem? I keep getting host not reachable emails.
Emails not being delivered
I have numerous emails in my "retry email" list which are not being delivered. These are all email addresses that I have already sent messages too in the recent past and were delivered without any issue. These are also addresses which I have emailed from other email accounts. This is causing me serious issues and slowing down and hurting my business. I need this issue resolved right away.
Mail rejected by Mail.mil domains
Hi, sent several emails to people at the "mail.mil" domain that keep getting bounced back. Is there a security issue between zoho and the US Federal government?
Notify group of reply. Auto reply all or BCC
I've set up a group email address and added a few users. If one of the users replies to an incoming enquiry the other users need to be notified so that they don't duplicate the reply. It works OK if the sender always hits the reply-all button but this isn't foolproof - can it be forced to reply all? It would also work if the email was set to auto BCC the group address but I cant see this option either.
I need help making it so that my email can receive messages
I cannot receive messages into my email that I just set up on here. I can however send messages just fine. Is there a setting I can change that will allow me to receive emails? Please let me know how I can fix this if you know. Thanks!
can gmail labels be imported into zoho mail
Hi - In gmail I have many nested labels. Are nested labels supported in Zoho mail (doesn't look like it). If not can you implement such functionality? In any event, is there any way to import at least the highest (1st level) labels and have mail in Zoho mail properly sorted into their appropriate labels? Thanks. - Bal
Unable to Add User to Org with User API
I need to automate the creation of email accounts in Zoho and have been using the documentation at https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/api/post-add-user-to-org.html to build my request. I'm using Postman to test and have successfully created an auth token, used it to get my OrgId, and look up my account info. When I execute a POST to http://mail.zoho.com/api/organization/<OrgId>/accounts as the documentation shows, the response contains my account information and the user account is not created. Request:

Email Template Enhancement
It would be a nice feature to have certain auto fields populated in emails and save them as templates. For e.g., we would create something like: Dear <First Name, Last Name>, Here is our status report for the week <today_date>. The First Name and Last Name will be picked up from the "To" field of the email compose window (whatever name first appears in the To). I believe this should be a relatively easy implementation.
does calendar.zoho.com support LDAP for contact sync on apple (imac/mbp)?
Apparently you had planned to add CARDdav support a few years ago. Has that happened? I am successfully using CalDAV sync for calendar on iMac. LDAP is a contact sync option. Does zoho support that?
Not Receiving Emails
Hello, I've been able to receive some emails but not all. I'm unsure what i'd suppose to do in this situation. Could someone please get back to me? Where can I see my login URL?
I'm using Mail hosting on Zoho Mail. But I forgot the login URL for my domain. So, where can I see the curent setting for login URL of my domain on the Zoho Mail control panel? ....And, I know the URL of my old another domain. That is tailing with "?rd=examplecom.business.zoho.com". So I tried to login with replacing "examplecom" to my domain name without periods. BUT that leads me to, oh god, sasizr-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com
Email Exchange no longer working on iOS
Hi Team, Had email address jay{(at})buildyourdynasty.{com].au in my iPhone syncing contacts. I had to reset my iPhone and now I am unable to link this email back via exchange. The email can be added via imap; however I don't need this - I simply need the exchange sync to sync the contacts. How can this be setup again? Every time I try to send email from my remote server through smtp connection it says "dial tcp 204.141.32.118:587: getsockopt: connection timed out". But it works fine on my local server. Custom URL isn't working
Hi, I recently setup a CNAME record and followed all of the instructions to set up a custom url for my website (mail.activefitnesstamworth.com.au). As the configuration usually takes awhile, I waited 24H before I checked it and unfortunately it's still not working. I did a DNS check on the custom url and it says that it points to 8.40.222.59, which seems to be your server. The result also resulted in a bad glue detection on the url and refers back to the same server (8.40.222.59). On top of that
