Incoming mail in spam
Hi, schuimrubbertotaal.nl is a Woocommerce Webshop. Last week moved the site to another server. But now the new order emails are in the Spam map. My hostingprovider suggested to contact zoho, so here I am :-) How we can prevent this? Thanks in advance
5.2.3 MailPolicy violation Error delivering to mailboxes
When anyone @spmc.com emails me (or my IT guy, who is also on your mail system), it bounces back to them with the above error. I have this domain on my domain's whitelist, but still it bounces back. What can be done to permanently fix this issue? Thanks!

Mail cannot send
Hello, I have a store on my site, and I set up an e-mail account for it so it could send automated messages, and it worked for a little while, but now when I check my store's error logs, they all say that the e-mail failed to send. It shows this every time I try to send a test e-mail: Task Failed 0 messages have been sent. Step 1 - failed. (Connection error occurred. HTTP-status:402)

Hi, I work as a consultant and have been able to introduce a number of clients to ZOHO. One of the things I offer is to help them set up their domain mx records to work with ZOHO mail. However, when I go to set this up, ZOHO does not want to allow me to use my same cell number. My clients may be in multiple locations so it is not convenient to work with their cell phones. And since I'll be administrating their accounts, it makes sense that my cell-phone would be the primary contact number. How can

Hi There I signed up for the Enterprise plan and I would like to setup multiple emails on three different domains. I set my main user up and added the other two domain emails as subdomains. Will this work or do I have to buy a user for each domain? Thanks

Hello, I checked my Sent box on zoho account. As per the privacy policy set by Zoho I checked the sent account. I did not send any spam email to any unknown person. I send the emails to my clients only. Why did you block my account? Please instate the account. I could not send email from zoho account since last one week. Please help.

My referral bonus emails have not added to my account
Hi, I sent an invitation to my friend (using the zoho invitations) to register with zoho mail. He has now completed everything required. Neither me or my friend hasn't received the bonus 5 email addresses to our accounts. is it taking time to happen? I asked the friend to try claim bonus users option, but it hasn't even worked. I'm not receiving any mail
Hi there, I haven't received any mail since 3rd November. I can send out emails but nothing is being received. Some of my clients have told me they've received a bounce back when they have replied to me. I have sent two emails from other accounts (not supplied by Zoho) and I'm not getting any bounce backs. Sent emails not showing reciever address
I am using Windows 10 Mail client and i cannot see the receivers address of sent emails when viewed in Sent Emails folder. When viewed from web mail, the mail is properly shown. I have tried SSL and TLS and both having the same problem. Its not mail clients issue as i am already using gmail and outlook.com email addresses with it and none of them have this problem.
Zoho doesn't verify MX records on a subdomain
I created an account in Zoho using a subdomain of my main domain so I can use Zoho accounts such as "user@subd.maindomain.com" Everything seems ok, except for the MX records. I already created those MX records: 10 mx.zoho.com 20 mx2.zoho.com I did this like an hour ago and Zoho still doesn't find them. Can't add new accounts on iphone
Hi, I cannot add accounts to my iphone. i tried adding a new account, and i get: Cannot Get Mail The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings. I've tried every setting, and I keep getting a "Company Name" is currently unavailable I'm not sure if this is related to Apple's last os update or not. How do I turn off email grouping?
I want emails one by one with no grouping together by subject. I have turned off conversation view but still they get grouped together. Can anyone help?
