Can't move cursor location by double click
I am not technical so please forgive me if I do not use the proper terms. I am having an issue where I can no longer double click in the body of an email and get my cursor to move to that location. I am only able to move the cursor by using the arrow keys. It will also no longer allow me to highlight sections of my text for deleting and etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, for the past days almost all of my emails to any email address ending with @gnu.org are delayed, and some of them bounce. At least one other Zoho user has the same problem (unlike me the user does not use domain hosting). I contacted sysadmin@gnu.org and they told me that there is no problem on their end. Help required please, I have been unable to login to Zoho mail for at least a week now, with the odd exception. Today all I get is the loading page of the 6 images that flash from left to right, with no sign of getting into my mail, I have cleaned cookies I've cleaned the cache and still have this problem. One of my clients was using zoho mail to host their mail for their domain nabubronzing.com.au however they have recently lost access. Hi, I have the email address (Stephanie@audacious-faith.com) under which I set up the account. I have an alias (stephanie@paintyourstory.studio) that I also use. I'd like to make the paintyourstory.studio email my default email address. How do I do that? Impossible to recover signing up process
I have started the process to sign up for a new domain and I didn't get to validate the mobile number asociated to the domain. Now I got the validation code but I can't find the page to validate it. Besides, it's impossible to sign up again with the same data because the domains appear to be already registered and there the password I used to sign up doesn't work because the mobile number hasn't been validated.
