Unable to receive emails via MS Outlook 2010 since yesterday morning.
With no changes made prior to yesterday morning, I have been unable to receive emails in Outlook with zoho account email. Task 'xxxx@xxxxxxx.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.' We have tried a variety of configurations to no avail. Sending/receiving with old email works.

"Unable to add Alias Address" error on a Group
Hi Zoho, I am attempting to add an alias to a Group in my domain account. However, every time I attempt to do so, I get the error message "Unable to add Alias Address." I am attempting to add "paypal@" as an alias to the payments@ email address. The error occurs no matter what alias I attempt to add. I just attempted to add "foobar" and got the same error. Thank you
Spam Messages unviewable?
Apparently Zoho Mail is fixed, but I'm still getting the error message "Ah snap... Content is not available. Please try again after some time." on a bunch of messages that were sent over 30 days ago that I just found in my spam folder. I've marked these messages Not Spam and moved them to my Open Support Requests folder, but I still can't view the content. HELP PLEASE.

Can't reset password as it's sending to same email address
Hello I recently signed up using google to sign in. I am currently using the domain 1upradio.co.uk. The admin account is hayden@1upradio.co.uk. I removed the google account as a way to sign in and now I can't sign in at all, because there isn't a password, and I can't reset the password. What do I do? I can verify I own the account using a CNAME record or use another account that I do have access to (liam@1upradio.co.uk) Thanks!

Hi, I've been unable to reach the Zoho mail servers from linux or from my Android phone. Nothing happens when i try to retrieve mail. Sending mail produces "GaiException: getaddrinfo failed" on Android. Pinging imap.zoho.com or smtp.zoho.com fails from either android or linux, mobile network or home internet.

Mysterious name and time on status bar (bottom right corner)
I have seen on zoho email at the bottom right corner of the status bar displays same contact name with time and gray or green dot next to it. What does that mean? What does the time refer to? I am guessing green means person is online.

Cannot connect using username@zoho.com via mail client
I have set up an email account using username@zoho.com and can sign in to Zoho webmail using these credentials. However, when trying to connect via an email client (mail on iPad and Outlook 365 for Mac) I get an "Unable to sign in. Check your credentials and try again" error on the MacBook and an authentication error on the iPad indicating that the credentials used to sign on to webmail are being rejected when used in the mail clients. Any suggestions?
Zoho not processing our site's contact form emails, what could be wrong?
Since we switched to Zoho, messages sent via our site's contact form has stopped working, meaning, our guests emails have stopped getting to us. We use cloudflare DNS server and we've added Zoho's MX, SPF and DKIM records accordingly. Sending and receiving of emails on Zoho works perfectly, but our contact form has stopped working. A problem with the contact form on my website
I'm not sure if this relates to Zoho mail or not, but I wanted to ask help for this issue here. I finished changing the mail server to Zoho. I changed MX record, SPF, and DKIM. Everything is working now as expected except the contact form on my website. When anyone fills the form and hits submit, it shows an error message. Which means it is not able to use the mail address something@mydomain.com to send messages. Is this because the mail and the domain are hosted on two different servers or what??
