Can't add a USER
hi i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited. but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed. Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online. kindly

Editing "Send Mail As" feature is broken
I want to change the name that I send email as when using the web interface. In the mail Settings, under "Access old version for" there is a "Send Mail As" option. This takes me to the old version. If I click on the edit icon for an email address, nothing happens. Dear Zoho Team, I'm having a strange issue where one specific kind of email is not showing up in my inbox or SPAM. All other emails are being delivered fine. These are "test" emails sent from an online course company called Teachable. I have trouble-shooted with their IT team and they claim that the emails are appearing as "sent" on their end. I'm wondering if that has been the policy all along or if it's something new. I'd never noticed it before until returning from a 2 week holiday and couldn't find things in the trash. After researching I found a post here where someone said it's illegal in certain industries and staff indicated there is no way to change that setting! What is the correct MX record for ZOHO? MX.ZOHO.COM or MX.ZOHO.EU? I previously had MX.ZOHO.COM configured (MX, MX2, MX3) and it worked without problems. I tried unsuccessfully to configure SPF (TXT record v=spf1 include:zoho.eu ~all). I've noticed that now ZOHO Help mentions *.EU records so I reconfigured my MX records to MX/MX2/MX3.ZOHO.EU. Hello, this is my first post and I hope you will be patient with me. I did a search and I could not see if this question has come up before. I have a group whose email address is advertised on our website. Four staff members are part of the group and each see the emails in their inbox. I am trying to find a way so that when one team members opens an email, it appears as read in the others, to prevent confusion and duplication. Does anyone have suggestions or insights, please. Problem receiving email using Mail on the Mac
Today I've noticed that emails haven't been coming through on my Mac using Mail. Only noticed when I checked my iPhone at lunchtime and I had 15 unread emails that didn't appear on my Mac. Tried get new messages but that doesn't work, the only option I have is to quit Mail completely and then relaunch it, that then prompts it to download any new emails. Anyone else having the same problem? Has something changed or do I need to change anything to get it working again?
