Retrieving email error POP3/IMAP
We have our main email and a few personal emails as well and using a third-party app to keep all 4 of mine easily together. Both a friend and I can connect to all emails using this app but all of a sudden none of us can receive the emails from the main Zoho account. Both our personal ones are still functioning that is thru the main account. Any ideas?

contact emails not prepopulating
Hi. When i start to type an email address into the 'to' box most of my contacts no longer prepopulate. I have checked my contacts and they are all still showing in the contacts. Only a small number of contacts now prepopulate? Could i have accidentally reset something or changed settings or is there a zoho error? Thanks

Marking Spam manually does not improve filtering at all
Hi Zoho, I am getting about 10 spam messages a day, despite having been marking them as Spam through the web interface for several weeks. The spam source seems to be the same, same message, no change in filtering ability at all. I already use DNS blacklisting (which works, but does not depend on what I mark as spam). Could you please train the filters so that they reject all that garbage which keeps coming? (The mail account in question is vaclav@vipassana.sk registered at zoho.eu (not zoho.com)

Need to delete 15,000 emails from inbox
Hello, I am using Thunderbird client with Pop server connection. I did not realize that I had to enable email delete on BOTH the client and server account. Since signing in today the auto-fill on the TO email does not work. Just a small number of emails show when I start to type but most do not. Separate web hosting causing email conflict
Hello, I'm a web designer and my client recently registered a domain name, and created a subdomain name through Zoho for his email a week ago. It worked fine until I signed up for a webhosting service elsewhere to work on his actual website, but once the name servers were changed, it caused email conflicts, and he can't sent or receive now. What is the solution so that he can continue using email through Zoho as before, while I can continue work on his website?

does anyone know if the following is possible. I would like to restrict sending of email (of certain users) to internal mail only. ie. only able to send email to users on the same domain. example: me@mydomain.com can send email to you@mydomain.com fine you@mydomain.com can send to me@mydomain.com but me@mydomain.com is prohibited from sending mail to you@yourdomain.com or any other domain other than mydomain.com hope that makes sense? Hi I am using zoho my company as well as my customers All of us are using msync for mobile and outlook We have an annoying problem in synchronization as all inbox and sent items are pretty good on mobiles. But on outlook some items is not appearing on sent items folder Also some received items is not appearing in inbox Although mobile and web are pretty fine We are using a varaity of outlook versions starting from 2007 till 2016 and all versions are suffering from that issue. Our domain @neb.org.ua cannot receive emails from other domains for 3 hours since today. Outgoing mail working fine. Emails inside domain is also working fine. Settings where not changed. Please, look into this issue.

Delete Attachments (Feature Request)
Can you provide a feature like removing attachments but retaining the message? There are cases when attachments are unnecessary but the message content is good. This would save a lot of disk space right?
