Unable to send mail thru SMTP after a while (IMAP Mail on Mac)
Hi! I have an issue for a new client using your ZoHo mail. I have done all the steps, configure domain, enable IMAP etc etc. It seems the Apple Mail client work for some time, then when trying to send e-mails the smtp.zoho.eu server returns a 5.5.1 auth error. The account has all the correct information, no 2-way auth etc. It works fine to receive e-mails but outgoing e-mails are suddenly not working any more?
Not receiving group emails using POP
I created two email groups for both internal and external communication. When I send an email to any of these groups, I receive it successfully using the ZOHO Mail on my browser. But I don't receive any of these emails on Gmail, which I configured to receive all my messages through POP. Is there any workaround to fix this issue?

I did an email forwarding setting and I do not know where. All emails are now being sent to ge*************@gmail.com. Any Email sent to foo@genesiswp.com.br is going to ge********@gmail.com. How can I fix this?

IMAP Thunderbird only only @zoho.com is downloaded
Hi, In this 1 Zoho Mail I have 7 different email accounts connected and all have emails. I want to use Thunderbird to sync all my email accounts I have been backup on Zoho Mail. But using IMAP I can only enter Zoho credentials, but only mails on XXX@zoho.com have been synced. Can someone help me to sync all other email accounts in Zoho Mail? Best regards. Martin

Hi, I'm trying to send a mail to an email address of this domain ...@carlsberg.mw I always get this error: INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :553, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 <my Zoho address>: Sender address rejected: not logged in This happens very often to addresses hosted by mx2.africa-online.net IP: 41.190.93.210 Sending to other addresses works well. DKIM, spam blocking and .forward'ed mail
My organisation owns more than one domain. Our primary domain has Zoho mail. The other domains are merely forwarded (for both web and e-mail) by our domain name registrar (hexonet.net) so that everything redirects to our main, primary domain. User mail for our other domains is forwarded, user@my.example.biz -> user@my-zoho-domain.example.net for instance. Hexonet's mail servers are forwarding.ispapi.net or xdns-smtp2.forwarding.ispapi.net according to these headers: Authentication-Results: mx.zohomail.com;

Hello Is there any way I can recover deleted emails from a specific sender? HP Instant Ink have deleted my account and I need my bills for accounting purposes. They say they can't recover my account and to look for the emails they sent with the bills. I must have deleted them - I need the bills from May 2016. Is there any way to get them? The sender would have been <Hewlett-Packard@email.hpconnected.com> HP Connected.

POP and IMAP don't work
Hello, we have addressed authentication issue with POP and IMAP with all of our email addresses in our company. I tried to disable MFA, I tried to use different clients (Mail app from Apple, Microsoft Outlook), but without any success. This problem appeared 2 days ago and until then we are able to login sometimes, but only for a few minutes, then the problem appears again. Are there any problems on Zoho side or can you help me fix this issue? Thanks a lot, David

Hi, can you check on my account? The domain is yourdigitalmarketingva.com. I set it up yesterday and all went well. I was able to send and receive emails. But late last night, I got a notification that the MX Records weren't pointing to Zoho and I wasn't able to receive emails from then on. I double checked the DNS Records but it did have the correct MX records.

I think my website designer have created the account with 9776817528, but right now he is not in touch. Please suggest how could i get my admin details. hi, I will appreciate if someone clarify my query. I tried to add a domian name to email service with Cname method but after several hours domain name is not verified. Every time message is occurring while doing cname lookup is records are not configured correctly. Can I add a Contact category to the To box when sending email
Can I add a Contact category to the "To" box when sending email. There seems to be no way of doing this. I can open the category in the contact list and select mail to open a new mail with the contacts but cannot simply add a category or see who is in the category to a To or CC box to an email I am already composing. Possible Show Stopper for Me?
Hi, I'm just testing ZOHO for the first time and have run into a showstopper for me. I've added two additional POP3 accounts that I must check very regularly. I need to get better notifications when email comes into these pop3 accounts. I need, preferably, a notification box and sound. Also, I need to see some kind of notification in the ZOHO tab in my browser, so I know I've got mail for > ANY < account that has received email; not just my ZOHO account. Problem enabling DKIM
I am new to Zoho Mail and am having a problem enabling DKIM. My domain is bankruptcylawyerbuffalo.com. I am running it through Cloudflare. I have set up SPF without problem and have added the DKIM text to the text record in the Cloudflare DNS. When i use the tool DKINCore that you link to and enter the selector and domain I get a message that the key Record is valid. Further down the page I again enter the selector and domain and when I click "Check" a new record is generated but no confirmation
Emails to Coworkers on old email server are not sending or receiving
I have my new Zoho account working for the most part but when I send an email from my account to a coworker that is using the Siteground email server, it does not arrive. Also, when they send me an email from the siteground server it does not arrive. I do not have very much confidence in this product because I have no clue if my emails are being sent or received and vice versa. I have setup the DKIM and SPF for authentication and all of the MX details are correct. I have also the set the priorities
