I am trying to configure connectivity between our new CRM application called dj event planner. We have successfully have the imcoming portion configured correctly using pop.zoho.com However, outgoing is an issue. I've been trying to setup the Delta Chat (https://delta.chat/en/) Android application to use on my Zoho account. For this I have generated an Application-specific password on the Zoho account. Cannot connect IMAP, webmail is working
This morning @krasas.lv users can't connect to IMAP. Webmail is working. We are using Zoho mail for third month and this is already second time when we have few hours downtime. Please fix it as soon as possible! p.s. configuration from our side is not changed. So it seems that Zoho have problems with IMAP. Toms

Add a new user that already exists
Hi. I have registered my domain incasas.com.mx in Mail Zoho. And it is working: I can send and receive emails. I have added users in my Control Panel and they was registered successfully. But previously I had a user contacto@incasas.com.mx When I try to add this user, only a "invitation" is sent. Buy I can't see that invitation email in the inbox of the user. How to Share Documents from a group
I have set up a group and do not see how I am able to share documents with them. Am I missing the obvious? I see a chat screen come up, but nothing to share the documents. I have allowed full access by the other member in the group.

Dear Forum Users, I have been using Zoho Mail for some time now and everything works fine except that I am not getting emails from certain people such as my college professors. I am getting emails from all other people except my college professors. Can you guys please tell me what are the steps to troubleshoot this problem? What could be wrong? Unable to Add Zoho Mail Account to Outlook (IMAP)
A few weeks ago, I created a few e-mail accounts under a specific domain using Zoho Mail. I was able to easily add my account to Outlook. I recently re-formatted computer and downloaded Outlook again. I am now unable to add the same Zoho Mail account I had used for weeks to Outlook. Hi I received a mail which states that my email account (nerine(AT)sulani(DOT)co(DOT)za) has been block as it exceeds allocated storage. From what I can see is the allocated storage should be 5GB, but the messages states that the it is only 300MB. Hi, I have been testing the Email aliases to see what sort I should set up to assist with Spam reduction. I encountered the limit of about 25 email aliases and so I wanted to delete them all and start again using categories instead of individual site aliases. Wrong Display Name
I've just setup a new email account for my daughter. I used my name in the account setup. I've followed the instructions in other forum threads to change the display name in sent emails to her name. When I go back and check 'Send Mail as' it is correctly set as her name. But still when we send test mails (from either the mobile app or webmail) the recipient account displays it as coming from my name. What else can I do to change this? Thanks!
