How do I delete a custom logo
The Zoho mail control panel allows for a custom logo to be uploaded but does not appear to provide any option to delete the logo once it has been uploaded. How does one remove an uploaded custom logo and return it to the default image?
Problem Sending Emails with Attachments
I am unable to send emails with attachments. I never seemed to have an issue with this until recently. how to add user going in invitation
hi i am unable to add a user. i have added four users but whenever i try to add kiran.yadav@jeewanpublicschool.org, it says that the user is already invited. but whenever i go to to the list of invitations, it shows the said user as PENDING invitation. i deleted the invitation and tried numerous times but could not succeed. Moreover, i am using cPanel server. My control panel is prompting me to configure the SPF and DKIM but i do not know the process as it is not elaborated for cPanel online. kindly
Password Issue: account retrival needed
Today my email session expired and once upon re-login the password I typed wouldn't get recognized. I'm pretty sure what I've inserted during the sign-up process to be right, but still I can't get to enter. Moreover, after complete registration I didn't have the time to check if everything was properly settled and I think I've erroneously typed the contact mail off. Trouble with Group and Email Policy
Hello everyone, I reached out to support about this, but I've yet to hear back from them. I've never tried the forum before so I thought I would give it a shot. I am new to ZOHO and just getting setup with Zoho Workplace. I created a user (test.user@mydomain.com) and set the user to be a member of a group I created called Interns (interns@mydomain.com). The group is applied a policy I created called "Intern Policy". However, the user I assigned to the Intern group is still showing, "Policy Applied:

New Message "From:" Field - My name is incorrect
When I start a new message, the From field shows a shortened name from the email account I opened my zohomail account with. It is not the name that I would like to display. I would like my recipient to see that mail is coming from me, not a nickname. I changed the Nick name to my name in my Profile account information, but it is not reflected in the From field. How can I change this? It would be a Deal-breaker if I am unable to get this changed (unfortunately). Thanks!

Using static IP or certificates to send e-mail from automated tests without requiring a special userid
Our business has a static IP. We run automated regression tests that send results by e-mail to our users. Is there any way to whitelist our IP address with Zoho so that all e-mails sent from our IP are delivered by Zoho without needing a separate userid to be setup. Alternatively, is there a way to validate using certificates rather a userid? Thanks.

I took a new domain and would like to use it in Zoho mail and CRM. Unfortunately, I can't register it since it's already registered in zoho by previous owner of the domain.
