Admin account can send but not receive mail
I have just created an account with two users: my admin account (bryan@greyowlcoffee.com) is not receiving any mail but I can send mail just fine. The other user (info@greyowlcoffee.com) can receive and send mail. What's happening and what do I need to do to fix it? I have some important emails coming my way this week.

553 Relaying Disallowed error when using MX Guarddog Spam Services
To cut down on spam I route all my mail through the MX Guarddog service. My DNS MX records therefore point to the MXGD servers and NOT the Zoho mail servers. I then setup In MXGD, I then point the system to the ZOHO mail servers at mx.zoho.com port 25. I've also setup a secondary server as mentioned in this forum post https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/mxguarddog Doing a test I get a 553 Relaying Disallowed error. I also get this from a gmail account. I've added the MXGD IP addresses
Messages deleted from inbox in Mac Mail are not deleted on Zoho server
Hi. I am using Mac Mail (Version 10.3 (3273)) connecting to Zoho via IMAP. When I delete a message from my Inbox in Mac Mail, the message is moved to the Trash folder on Mac Mail, but does not get deleted from the inbox on the Zoho server (verified through the Web UI). Zoho Does Not Read Settings
Hi! I have set up my MX Entries and SPF record however Zoho is unable to read them. My domain name is registered with Godaddy and Site is hosted with Hostgator. Handling of inbound messages where DKIM failed.
I've been missing emails from one of the services that I utilize for the last 5 months. They don't show up in spam, or anywhere else in my mail box. I turns out that something they did broke their DKIM outbound signatures, which I verified by having them send to another mail server. I already let them know that their DKIM is broken, but is there any way to set it so that this particular domain can bypass the DKIM check if it passes SPF?

DKIM Validation on Digital Ocean
Hello =) ... I am setting up the e-mails with my zoho account... I have copy and pasted my DKIM authentication keys with my DNS manager (Digital Ocean), I aquired my domain with GoDaddy. Just copy pasted the generated key on the zoho mail manager. I think the keys are well configurated but I am still seeing the error messages from DKIM configuration. I don't know hat I am doing wrong, I think it has something to do with Some digital Ocean restriction maybe. Or maybe a Rails restriction, I am using
