Hi there, I noticed that there is no spam folder when accessing my account anywhere but the website. It doesn't show up on my mobile phone (CloudMagic for Android) or on my laptop (Apple Mail). This is problematic for me since I expect a lot of important emails to end up on the spam folder and I usually use my phone to send/receive emails. Is there no way around this?

Hi! Suddenly in nikita@colorex.lv e-mail Inbox are no e-mails. There are sent e-mails, but not Inbox. Is there possible to recover lost Inbox e-mails? User says that he didn't nothing, but probably he accidently deleted them. Thanks in advance! Toms

MX records and 2 domains
I have two domains. One old domain - YDTChatter.com - and I am forwarding traffic from this domain to the new domain - TechLeadsNow.com. This works fine. However, while the old domain's email was working great with no issues, I cannot figure out how to configure ZOHO mail to start sending and receiving email with my new domain. I was able to verify the account using the TXT method and I use Cloudflare and have configured MX settings exactly the way ZOHO suggests but still cannot send and receive
DNS reset
Hi, I have had a Zoho mail account working well for the past 5 months. Then my Bluehost account expired as I have changed credit card so now I have the reset all DNS settings. The MX and SPT settings are correct in bluehost but Zoho mail still give me warnings saying they are not okey. When I check on https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx# it all looks good. I think the problem is that I need to very the account again as I did the first time, even though control panel states that it is already verified.

Hello all, I've set up Zoho for use as a mail server for my dad's business. I've linked Zoho and the web host following all instructions. If I send an email to a Google email address, the email goes into the inbox, yet if I send the email to an Outlook email, the email is placed and classed as spam. Can anyone help, or has anyone got the same issue? Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a time sensitive issue for us. Regards, Joe.

I am receiving an error message, "Sorry, the selected files are not attached as the total file size exceeds 5MB" when I try to upload an image from zoho docs to zoho as an attachment. Hi We have temporarily disabled an user account and have now enabled it again. All is fine EXCEPT the "Incoming" mail is still disabled and we receive this message when trying to enable it "Operation only permitted by paid customer".
