Can't receive emails
when i try to send email to any user on my domain I'm getting the following error. his message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. Xx@xxxxx.com INVALID_ADDRESS, ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 <Xx@xxxxx.com>: Recipient address rejected: user Xx@xxxxx.com does not exist Users can send email but can't receive replies. This is a critical issue. What's going on??!!

Can't add alias email
Hi When I first joined zoho I thought I could add alias emails so that I could separate emails coming form website registrations from one from friends etc. I've read the help guide and it said to log onto the admin section which I've done but I still can't add an alias. I've also read somewhere else that I have to have a domain now to be able to add an alias email. I have not idea how to get a domain. What can I do please? Thanks Fiona

Hi! I registered account @krasuserviss.lv and as admin e-mail mentioned it@krasas.lv e-mail address. I wan't to log in now in the admin panel, but it shows that verification e-mail is sent to it@krasas.lv. But that e-mail doesn't really exist and I can't add alias for example from it@krasas.lv to toms@krasas.lv to receive it. And now I am stucked. Cannot check mails from Zoho on Gmail
Hi Zoho team, I use gmail to check mails from Zoho using POP3, and I have setup two Zoho email addresses with this POP3 server pop.zoho.com, one is working fine, but another one keep returning this error message: Error: Server is temporarily unavailable. Importing Sieve Rules
Hi, I'm just switching over from using my own server. (postfix / managesieve / roundcube) On my server I had configured ManageSieve to sort my emails into various subfolders. (This was done on the server side, as opposed to have it on the Individual Clients). Time for MX and TXT records to propagate
Hi, I set up the MX and TXT records as detailed in the dashboard, but the changes haven't fully taken affect. The sight recognizes the added TXT record for the domainkey, and it recognized the cname when I registered, but it's not recognizing the MX records or the TXT record for SPF. MxToolbox and any DNS checking site I can think of shows these records as being correctly pointed. How long does it usually take for the ZohoMail setup to find the changed records and properly set up? I can't receive
Deleting e-mails
Hello, my colleague set up her POP account on Mac Book. Her computer downloaded e-mails on hard drive and deleted e-mails from her Zoho mail client, but her usage quota is still full (5GB). Now she cannot see any old (downloaded) e-mail on Zoho client, but storage is still full. Can I (admin) somehow access and delete some space on her Zoho client? I have about 40 clients on Zoho. Today I emailed one of them and got this error. I looked it up and found it has to do with too large an attachment. I sent no attachment. So I'm guessing this may have to do with her mailbox full or someone else sent too large an attachment and now everyone's email is blocked. Can you please look into this? Hi, I tried to sign up for a new account using the following phone number 08037909271, for domain name: farmhubb.com. However, I couldn't complete the sign up successfully and hence could not verify the account or the domain. So I created a public group in ZOHO for people to email general questions for my blog. It was similar to questions@mydomain.com. I sent an email to it via my gmail account and I can't find the email.
