I create zoho mail account using gmail account. after that I change my login ID, and now I can't login again because my login ID is that mail in the zoho. and when I ask forgot password I did not get the email. my gmail account before I changed it is aar@inzpiretechnology.com and now my account ID has change to admin@astindohub.co.id repeatedly ask forgot password. I still did not receive mail in my inbox on above mail excange. please help me, I can't login to my account again.

Spam Control
The Spam control whitelist does not seem to do anything. I have added emails to the whitelist and emails from these email addresses still end up in Quarantine. I have spf set to quarantine, spf-soft set to quarantine, dkim set to quarantine, dnsbl set to reject.

I'm installing a server with alfresco but I'm getting an error message about Relay. Alfresco should send a message from alfresco@conduruged.com.br to sergio@conduruimoveis.com.br (Both hosted at Zoho). Can I configure the relay in zoho?

I have 3 IMAP accounts and a couple of POP3s set up in Outlook 2013, and for the last week I've been receiving frequent messages saying: "Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following: Your account is temporarily blocked for IMAP use. This may happen if you exceed the maximum number of simultaneous IMAP connections allowed. Kindly try after some time." It has been fine for the last 9 months or so. Any ideas?

Hello I have to send a number of emails everyday to a number of clients. I am also using hosting at zoho. Need to ask a couple of questions. 1. What is my number of Emails limit / Day? 2. What is the maximum number of recipients per email and per day? 3. What does it mean by " Too many emails in short interval of time"? and what is the calculation method?

Disable Periodic Mail Deletion
Messages moved to the Trash folder are periodically deleted. This is a major inconvenience. How can this setting be disabled? Thanks in advance!

Sometimes I can log in my Zoho Mail with Outlook Android, sometimes not. The times that I can log in, the e-mails are old, and not updated. I had another email service (cpanel, hostgator) and move all items to Zoho. Any idea?
New account - Double import of emails from gmail
Just got setup and everything seems to be working ok, spf not yet, but hopefully that will come right. Unfortunately all my migration emails out of a free gmail account have doubled up. I see that I had imap and pop enabled for import :( I've turned pop off, is it feasible to delete everything and will it import again? (correctly this time?) Thank you, Sean

I accidentally set my primary email as a hosted email so I'm unable to set an admin password.
