Hello! I almost finish domain verificaon and when I have been on the point "Add Users" after "Verify Domain" step I have accidentally refreshed the page. Emails from some servers are not recieved
I am setting up aliases as necessary for my SSL certificated which needs to verify a specific email address. The email address test fine from gmail. zoho, yahoo but the SLL provider sends an email to it but it never is in my email? I check Spam, Deleted and all folders. They insist they have sent it. The email is admin@nwchairs.com, an alias in my gaanes@zoho.com address. Yes I also check the gaanes@zoho box as it is the catchall address. The sender is orderprocessing@rapidssl.com and yes I have

Can't amend or delete email blacklist entries if the username contains a hyphen or equals sign
In my users' Zoho Mail settings, under the anti-spam option, Zoho has automatically added blacklist (and whitelist) email entries, presumably based on emails being flagged manually as "spam" or "not spam". I'd like to rationalise some of these by adding a black- or white-listed domain instead of having lots of separate email ids. That works fine with most of the entries, and I can amend or delete them. But I have a few entries where the email user includes hyphens and equals signs, for example "mailequity-us=<mydomain.com>@patmagee.org",

Hi, When I send an email using webmail (using zoho via a browser), I receive a copy of my email in my Outlook inbox. Outlook is using POP3, I have read this is how POP3 works but the answer I found is 8 years old. Is this still the case, has nothing been done to work around this? Thanks!

cannot login from outlook on mobile
Hi there, I tried to set up my email accounts on my iphone using outlook, but it always return email address and password error. Please find the attachment for the screen shot. I am pretty sure that I typed in the correct email address and password and the imap has been enabled from zoho admin account. I can configure the email address on iphone default mail service as well as outlook on pc, the problem only occurs on the outlook app on mobile. I do need to use this app instead of the iphone

Unable to activate account
Hi ive got a weird issue. I've tried to register an account with my wife's company email address kontakt [at] vetsandpets [dot.] pl I received an activation email - i've clicked it. I got an info that my account is active. So while trying to sign in with my credentials i got an info that.. my account is not activated so zoho can resend activation mail once again. So im in the loop - and still i cannot do anything with that :( how can i solve this issue? thanks!

Admin Reset - No Backup Email or Phone Number
I lost the password to my admin email account. When I try to reset my password for admin@pennyfarthinginn.net, it asks me "How would you like to reset your password," and doesn't provide any options, only a submit and cancel button (see attached image).
