Cannot add alias or log in with phone number ( for confirmation ).
We cannot add alias or log in using phone number. We need to do these things to be able to change the shovel@ address to webmaster@ address. We have read through various 'unable to add alias' forum posts and it seems that resolution sometimes depends on action your tech support take. If so, we would ask that our account be enable to perform these actions. Or, can you explain why we get these error messages and how to avoid ?

Outgoing messages are not going
Good day. One of our mailboxes ( angela @ mint . ae ) reached size limit of 5 Gb and stopped sending emails. We performed mailbox cleanup, (currently only 53% space used) but outgoing emails are still not working. May I ask support to check whether this mailbox was blocked and unblock it if it was blocked. Support Team @ Zoho, Kindly help me out with this strange problem. I tried using a mail merge option a few days back from my outlook configured to my Zoho account.
