Cannot create email again after deleteing the user and email address
I created a user under my account in Zoho Business and associated the wrong mail account w/ the user. So, I deleted the user thinking it would free up the previously created mail account and then tried to create the mail account with correct user, but Zoho now tells me the email already exists. the email id i created was info@esskayinterior.com and services@esskayinterior.com

Hello When I delete items from my outlook which is linked to my Zoho account, it moves to the trash in outlook and updates Zoho perfectly( item is sent to Trash in Zoho). But what I don't want is the alert that comes with this in Zoho. It shows as a new mail even though it is in the Trash? Is there a way to turn of this alert? Thanks

Wordpress Activation email not being sent, using zoho mail
Users are not receiving the WP Activation emails. My 'from' email is a Zoho mail account. I've got 'Send all WP emails via SMTP' selected. For SMTP Options, the host is smtp.zoho.com, port 465, using SSL, and Yes: Use SMTP authn. I'm not able to send a Test Email either. 2 Users managing Multiple Email Accounts
Hello - I manage a small virtual business management team and provide support to dozens of clients. Can Zoho Mail be set-up with 2 or 3 users (myself and my employees) but dozens of email accounts (our clients)? In a few of these instances there will be only one or two email accounts per a specific domain, and normally a gmail or yahoo account as well. Trying to determine if Zoho is a good solution for sane client email management - but I'm seeing perhaps not? I realize I could pay for each email
