Cannot Receive Email after Whitelisting & Excluding Domain (MailChimp) - [SOLVED]
I'm having trouble trying to receive emails from MailChimp to my zoho email, and would be grateful for help to fix this. I've added mailchimp into my zoho email whitelist and excluded their domain from spam collection. I'm trying to integrate mailchimp with zoho and need to 'verify' to MailChimp that I own the domain via an email they send. I've tried for the last 24 hours and still no email has been received. Mailchimp advise that their email is bouncing from zoho and that I could try a different

Since yesterday, Monday April 21st, the email inbox will not load-shows"loading...", and never opens.
I have tried cleaning the browser, logging out and back in, shutting down my laptop and restarting, and more-but I noticed some other people are having the same problem on Zoho email right now. What is happening with Zoho????? Any information would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

How do i increase the outgoing email per day limit?
We are a training & employment related govt. not-for-profit organization. We send out emails to students (registered for our services) on a regular basis regarding job vacancies. We strictly do note send out any marketing/promotional emails. I would like to increase the limit on email being sent out, it is currently 150 or 200. Kindly help me resolve this issue p.s. we have around 2000 registered students who avail our service

Namecheap Advance DNS Setup
Hi, I setup SPF in my namecheap domain as v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all. I have also set MXE record for mx.zoho.com mx2.zoho.com and mx3.zoho.com. My issue is that after sometime these records disapper from my namecheap Adancnce DNS setup section. Should I have both? Why is this happening? Thanks

i haven't been able to put a list into the bcc field of an email like i can in other apps. i'm using the free mail app. when i type in the name of the list (category) it goes red and doesn't send. is this not possible? i don't want to have everyone's addresses visible to each other. thanks, BabaG

Hello, I have no problem reading my emails... except a very few (like 3 or 4 in my entire mail box). When I select one of those few emails, the loading icon appears and it loads forever. Then i wanted to use "chukwudum@vieri-style.com" as a user account, but i ended up making a silly mistake and the user i created was "chukwudum@zoho.com". Hello admin, i created info@ollyworldgroup.com initially with my personal name instead of the company name. Though i later correct this by re-editing. The peoblem is, anytime we send mail via info@ollyworldgroup.com, it shows in receivers mailbox as my personal mail (i.e mail from Okunlola Ola). I want the mail to show Company name in the receivers mailbox as Ollyworld. Hi, I've just signed up to trial zoho, so im comletely new to it. I have my own domain & have pointed it to zoho & can send & receive emails fine. When I go via a proxy that restricts certain types of URLs (in particular email) I get denied access. I can get to the logon page which is at subdomain.mydomain.com, but when I enter credentials, it logs me in, but redirects to mail.zoho.com/biz/etc Is there any way to 'mask' the mail.zoho.com URL with my own URL so that I can get access via the proxy?

(fronteer.org) I think I have managed to get it to Zoho mail, as I can access it on outlook 2016 or Thundbird, however I am having absolutely no luck getting on both mail app to access my mail via imap. Hi, My iphone has been doing some really weird stuff for the last couple of days. It deleted several emails from my account, which i have been unable to find either on the Archive or the Trash bin. I was wondering if it is possible to recover these emails since most of them are work related and quite important.
