How to retake test
Hi there! When a user complete a training and take the test, it never shows the option to take the test again if they return later. However, in some cases, we need to allow the users to retake the test when they failed. Is there a way to present the test again for the same user?
LMS Course
Do someone have an example how they use Showtime to give a multiple section course? I see how doing individual lessons and can see how to make all the lessons I am looking for but how are people tying this all together? I was planning on using Moodle and have it installed on our server but we have yet to start building the course in it. I want to make sure that I can get what I am looking for in Showtime before investing time in creating the course.
Exporting even more Showtime info into CRM
The integration currently exports information related to the session in CRM. Is it possible, even through Flow/Creator to export Polls/Questions/Evaluation of each participant to the CRM/
No ticket types and promo codes
I see that Zoho Showtime does not have different ticket types and promo codes. Any workarounds. Thanks
Multiple week training sessions
Is it possible to create a training "class" that spans multiple weeks? Where each session is its own topic with its own hand outs? Right now I can only figure out how to create a repeating session with all the same handouts...
Can trainees return to an on-demand session whenever they like after paying?
Hi, I'm working on an on-demand session at the moment and they will be around 20 videos's spanning about 3 hours. After purchasing the session will trainees be able to return to the session they've bought whenever they like? EG. If a trainee purchases an on demand session can they come back to it a week, two weeks , month later and rematch the videos whenever they want? Do they get permanent access through the on-demand link or will it time out? Thanks for you help Rgds Jon

Link or ability to resend Evaluations to Attendees
I created an evaluation for my ShowTime session, and did attach to to the Thank You e-mail. However, I would like to prompt those that did not respond to do so. I would be perfectly happy to do so in my own e-mail, but there is nowhere that I can find to get a link to the evaluation that I included to users in their Thank You e-mail (and obviously since I hosted it, I did not get the link myself). Am I missing something, or is there no way to retrieve the link to that evaluation?
Is a security gap - Session Join link can be opened from Incognito Browser without credentials
How does Showtime determine the attendee coming to attend the session? I tried opening the join link from Incognito browser and it worked. Does it mean that attendees can share the join link with their peers and anyone with the link can join without registration? Thanks

Is there any usage limitations with the On-Demand sessions? Number of concurrent users? Number of total users/activity?, etc. that we need to be aware off. We are currently on Zoho One plan. thanks.

Anyone here who has used Zoho Showtime for delivering paid trainings. Any learnings that you can share. There has been few incidents since I started using Zoho, where the service has been down and I am little concerned that if we use Showtime, can we really rely on it. Any other challenges around recording and delivery of content. Thanks
How to change "Refund policy: This payment is non-refundable."
Hi, I've set up a paid on demand session and on the registration page it says "Refund policy: This payment is non-refundable." at the bottom even though I can process refunds within Zoho Showtime. I think it also breaks UK trade laws as you need to give refunds if requested within 14 days for distance selling. See screen grab. Is there any way to change this? Many thanks. Rgds Jon

Hi, I have an opt in yes/no box on one of my registration forms and after clicking push to CRM is doesn't sync this field over..... does Showtime support syncing custom fields to CRM? Trying to then sync to Campaigns so I can segment by the tick box. Many thanks. Rgds Jon
Add Showtime App as a Related List in Deal Module
One of our products is a series of live webinar training. I would like to start using Showtime as our webinar channel (I like the functionality better than the webinar feature in the meetings app) however, I need the showtime sessions to show in associated Deal. Since this deal has a 90 calendar period I need to see all aspects of the job in the Deal. How can I accomplish this?
