本イベントでは、ビープラスシステムズの石井様がZoho CRM を仕事机(Workdesk)として活用し、業務の効率化を実現した事例を紹介しました。

事例セッション Zoho CRM を業務のWorkdeskとして使おう!
10年前からZoho CRM を利用しているビープラスシステムズの石井様が、Zoho CRM の活用を通じてどのように請求業務の効率化や定型業務の自動化を実現したかを解説しました。
ビープラスシステムズ社 事業内容
1. サービス導入背景・課題
Zoho CRM を導入した目的は、エクセルなどで管理していた顧客情報をCRM に集約し、一元管理することでしたが、案件増加に伴い毎月の請求業務が複雑化し、請求漏れやミスが発生していました。
2. 解決策と取り組み
Zoho CRM の活用を検討し、使いこなせなければ解約するという覚悟で臨みました。以下が請求業務の改善に向けた取り組みです。
・ボトルネックの認識:ルーティーンワークを洗い出し、負荷の高い領域を把握。
・取引先・リードデータの整理:不要なリードを削除し、重複データを統合。抽出に必要な情報をフィールドに追加・入力・チェック。
・データの転記作業を自動化:Zoho のレポートから出力したファイルをRPA(業務プロセスの自動化)の指示書として活用し、業務時間を3時間削減。顧客情報の整理と請求管理の省力化を実現。
3. 定型業務の効率化
CRMをリード獲得から成約までの定型業務に活用し、以下の手法を導入しました。
・タグ機能の活用:ワークフローでリード作成時に自動でタグを追加し、リード獲得から契約までのタスクをタグ機能で管理。
・テンプレート活用:定型メールや契約書・申込書のテンプレート化により、作業時間を大幅に削減。手入力をしていた名入れ作業もCRMの情報を使用し、作業負荷を軽減。さらにはZoho Writer で作成したテンプレートに電子署名を行うため、Zoho Sign の検討を進める。
・Gmailとの連携:Gmail上ではなくCRM上で業務を開始し、タスクリストやToDoもCRMに集約することで、別サービスを行き来することがなくなる。
4. まとめ
CRMを活用し、請求業務の省力化とリード獲得から成約までのToDo管理を実現し、作業しながら最新のデータ更新を行う業務フローへの変更が成功しました。今後はSalesIQ の活用や、CRMのデータを活用したマーケティング・顧客対応の自動化をZoho で実現したいのことです。

It would be useful to share some Knowledge Base articles across multiple departments where they are applicable, rather than having to go into other departments to find the article you're looking for. Set recurring tasks in Zoho Support?

Is there a way to request a password?
We add customers info into the vaults and I wanted to see if we could do some sort of "file request" like how dropbox offers with files. It would be awesome if a customer could go to a link and input a "title, username, password, url" all securely and it then shows up in our team vault or something. Allow us to disable the Reopen Ticket button after a ticket is closed
