2025年も多くの学びと出会いがあったZoho コミュニティ。

1. フォーラム：注目の投稿

本フォーラムでは様々な議論と知識の共有が行われました。
ユーザーの皆さんが日々の業務で直面する課題を投稿し、経験豊富なユーザーさん達が実践的な解決策を提供してくださいました。
フォーラムは単なるQ&Aの場を超え、Zoho活用の集合知が蓄積される場となっています。

3. Zoho ユーザー交流会振り返り（東京、大阪、名古屋、福岡）  

2025年は、リアルでの交流がさらに活発になった年でした。
上記4都市で、ユーザー交流会を開催。
参加者同士が直接顔を合わせ、Zoho 活用のノウハウや業務改善の工夫を共有する貴重な機会となりました。

4. Zoho ワークアウト振り返り

参加者同士でディスカッションしながら、各自の課題解決に取り組む勉強会「ワークアウト」。

2025年はリアル/オンラインで計9回開催しました。

開催形式  

  • リアル開催：3回（渋谷、品川）

  • オンライン開催：6回

参加者同士で各自の運用課題や取り組む内容についてディスカッションしながら作業するスタイルが好評でした。

ネットワイズ フチーロさんに、Zoho Oneを活用した業務効率化の全体像を伺いました。


ZCAP（Zoho Community Ambassador Programme）
コミュニティへの貢献いただいた方々を表彰する制度として、現在9名の方を認定させていただいております。
詳細についてはWebサイトを公開予定ですので、公開後にまたお知らせいたします。
来年から、アンバサダーの皆様と共に様々な企画や活動をできればと考えておりますので、お楽しみに！

 
2025年は「交流・実践・発信」をキーワードに多くのインサイトが生まれました。

To give you a background, these leads were uploaded or Imported at once but the lead status record was incorrectly chosen.
