24 hour clock format in email templates

24 hour clock format in email templates

Is there a way to set the clock to display the time using the 24 hour clock format in the email templates.
 
For example in the email template the field ${Cases.Created Time} displays as '15/11/2013 02:05 PM' but I need it to show as '15/11/2013 14:05'.
