550 Error Message

i m trying to configure my mails to zoho. I can send mails to gmail and outlook accounts but can only receive from outlook account. Gmail account is showing this error

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain grapevinecommunication.com bygrapevinecommunication.com. [103.21.59.172].

The error that the other server returned was:
550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.
550-mail-ig0-f174.google.com [209.85.213.174]:36871 is not permitted to relay
550 through this server without authentication.

How to fix this?
