Current experience/Issue:
When a user (candidate) uploads resume to Zoho Recruit candidate portal, some fields are prefilled with the info from the resume/cv correctly.
However, we've observed that;
1. the "Current Job Title" dropdown field is usually prefilled with part of the job title text instead of all of the job title text, and
2. the user is unable to edit the "Current Job Title" field.
Proposed idea/expected or ideal behaviour
When a user uploads a resume/CV, and the "Current Job Title" field is prefilled, and the user observes that there is an error in the job title;
1. if the user edits the current job title from the job section, the "Current Job Title" field should be automatically updated with the correct/new title.
And/or
2. The user should be able to edit the "Current Job Title" field with the correct title.
This is an urgent idea.
