I am wondering that is there a way of making outlook plugin to automatically add email to Zoho CRM based on the email address of the emails sent out and received in outlook instead of manually clicking 'Add Email to Zoho CRM'?

Also, is there a way of retrieving the email sent from the web interface and sync them into outlook?
