we are using the official Zoho extension Parent-child Ticketing and were very surprised that it is not possible to access the data. In my opinion, it is an essential requirement to be able to access the link information. However, you can only see which ticket is linked and how on the user interface. However, for numerous tasks in daily business, it is absolutely necessary to be able to use the data in other ways.

I find this to be extremely user-friendly. I actually expect a different quality from an official Zoho extension... Unfortunately, there are no alternatives in the Zoho marketplace, are there?

How do you solve these problems?
