Access ticket comments (content and metadata) inside the standalone Analytics app

Hello,

unfortunately, I found out that the ticket comments can only be accessed via Desk's built-in reporting feature.
Since we can only use the standalone Analytics app due to the very limited functionality offered by Desk's internal reporting function, we face a problem here. Zoho always advertises  with the communication and integration options of their own apps, however, it then fails already at such trifles that you can not fully access your own data.

So my question is:
How can ticket comment data be accessed via Zoho Analytics?
  1. Comment content
  2. Commented by
  3. Commented time
  4. Is public?
  5. Modified time

It would be very nice if you could help me. I am happy with any approach to a solution!
