Access user email from control panel direct

Hi Team

I am looking for an admin feature in zoho control panel that you can access a mailbox direct for administrative purposes without the normal way of resetting the password for a user and then login

Normally if a user resign, as part of the handover before we delete the mailbox completely we have to reset the user's password for any incoming business email related to the mailbox for a certain period

I have seen this in other email platform before that you have privileges as an admin to access the mailbox direct but I couldn't find it in zoho.  I am not sure whether it is due to the plan that I am on?

Can someone shed some light please?
