We use Zoho Books for accounting. Our challenge is that while Zoho is used for accounting, we use Djubo an online hotel reservations app for integrating bookings from various online platforms like Airbnb, booking.com and our own booking engine. The reservations happen here and invoices are sent through this app. This app also uses Razorpay as a payment gateway.

As you know the Razorpay settlement happens T+2 and the monies get credited to our South Indian Bank account. Razorpay consolidates multiple payments into one settlement and credits into our bank account and hence identifying individual transactions are difficult. Does Djubo capture Razorpay payment link as a unique ID and tag the transaction? If yes, how can we download a report for reconciliation?

Now the challenge is that currently all our expenses are booked in Zoho books, all sales are reflected in Djubo, payments happening via Razorpay and bulk credit happens in our South Indian Bank account and we find difficulty in payment reconciliation and also for GST computation. Unfortunately Djubo doesn't have Zoho books integration yet.  

We like to have your inputs in streaming the process to ensure that all invoices and payments are recorded in Zoho Books and reconciled with Razorpay and bank account. Kindly suggest any sort of automation if possible.
