I would like to have "TICKETS MODULE PAGE LAYOUT" to show fields from other module ( To show "STREET FIELD" from Contact module ).

Is this possible?

Purpose : When a customer make a complain through phone, my agent can input their address directly from "Add Tickets" Menu.
