I wanted totry an send a cliq mssage using a Macros from a ticket. (to notify a colleague, that is not a desk agent).

Within a workflow, you can start a custom function. Macros are (from the documentation) Workflows with no trigger and conditions. But I can't find a way to start a custom function.

This would be useful to I could call zoho.cliq.PostToChat() or more...
