Hi there,

for some time now we experience a problem where adding an article to a draft in a Ticket from the side bar crashes the website. When the crash happens, we need to close the tab and open it again. This causes us to reload the page and the whole draft is gone. Usually desk is very good with saving drafts on the fly but this time it just resets everything.

This happens occasionally and with seemingly random articles. Most articles are written in english and german.

Anyone else experience this problem or has a solution to this? 

Edit: This happens mostly in Firefox (137.0.1) but also in Chrome (135.0.7049.85) on Windows 11 (Build 10.0.2600).
