Adding a profile photo to a Support Agent profile

I have looked everywhere to find how to add a profile image to my Support Agent profile. I have one for my Zoho main account but it is not pulling through to my Agent account.

I have gone to the every account location I can find, and nothing. There is no place to upload a photo for my Zoho Support Agent account.

Here are the places I have gone to find an upload photo action is available. But, I do have my photo uploaded in my main Zoho account.
