Hello,
I would like to make checkout addon options same like you have in this demo https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/checkout/addon-checkout/
I tried everything but I was not able to make the options like you have in the demo. We need to have the options in the checkout so the customer can check some some and they will increase the order cost same like you have on the demo when you check the checkbox(screenshot).
