Effective December 31, 2025, audio call functionality will no longer be supported on the old live chat widget. Not sure which widget you're using? Check out the reference guide below to identify your current version. If you're on the old widget, we strongly recommend updating to the new one immediately to ensure uninterrupted service for your customers.
