hello
i just purhase a domain in zoho and created an alias email to my super administrator user and that create a zoho email for it and then i relize
that i don't want zoho mail anymore for the primary mail so i want to delete this alias email
and retreive the liscence to create a normal user in my domainevery attempts do delete the alias email give this error "you cannot delete an email address hosted in zoho"
how can i proceed
