We would like to submit a feature request regarding appointment status management in Zoho Bookings.
π― Use Case
Sometimes, an appointment is mistakenly marked as Completed, but later we realize that the customer did not actually attend, or the meeting needs to be rescheduled. Currently, once an appointment is marked as "Completed," there is no way to revert it to "No Show," "Rescheduled," or any other appropriate status.
π§ Request
Please allow users (especially admins or staff with appropriate permissions) to manually update the status of a completed appointment, at least in special cases where correction is necessary. This would help ensure accurate reporting, automation flows, and customer records.

Prevents inaccurate status locking due to human error.
Supports better internal data hygiene.
Ensures proper downstream automation or analytics isn't affected.
We understand the importance of status integrity but would appreciate a flexible override option with an audit trail or permission control.
