Summary

Allow customers or internal schedulers to select specific staff members at the time of booking, with Zoho Bookings automatically surfacing only the time slots where all selected members are simultaneously available.

Current Behaviour

Zoho Bookings supports staff groups, which work well for recurring, pre-defined team combinations. However, when a meeting requires two or more staff members who do not belong to an existing group, the only workaround is to manually create a new group and service specifically for that meeting, then delete or archive it afterward. This creates unnecessary administrative overhead for what should be a simple scheduling task.

Requested Behaviour

Introduce a booking option that allows the person scheduling a meeting to dynamically select two or more staff members from a list. The system would then perform the same calendar intersection logic it already uses for groups, returning only the time slots where all selected members are available. This would be particularly valuable for:

• One-off or infrequent meetings that require a specific combination of staff
• Internal scheduling where the required attendees vary by project or client
• Scenarios where building a permanent group for every possible staff combination is impractical
