Allow Recording Only a Selected Portion of the Screen

Hi Zoho WorkDrive Team,
Hope you are doing well.

We would like to request a more flexible recording option in Zoho WorkDrive.

At the moment, we can record either the entire screen or a specific window/tab — but not a custom selected portion of the screen (crop-recording).

Request:
Please add support for recording only a specific area of the screen, by allowing the user to drag and select a rectangular region to capture.

Why this is important:
  1. Avoids exposing sensitive on-screen information
  2. Helps create cleaner, more focused instructional videos
  3. Matches functionality available in leading screen-recording tools
  4. Especially useful for technical walkthroughs, UI demos, and partial-screen presentations

This feature would significantly improve flexibility and privacy during recordings.
