Amazon invoice in Zoho Books

I have just made my first few sales on Amazon India. Amazon Seller account generates invoices for the sales made on Amazon. These invoices are sent to customers also. Now when I was only making offline sales, I used to create Invoices in Zoho Book. Now I am confused that when Amazon has already generated an invoice for a sale made on their platform on my behalf which is also sent to the customer, in this case how do I include that Amazon invoice in Zoho Book invoices? Do I have to generate a new invoice in Zoho books for the same sale mentioning the inovoice number and other details same as in Amazon Invoice? Wouldn't it be a duplicate invoice as original is created by Amazon already. If I do not create an invoice for the sale made on Amazon in Zoho books and use the invoice generated by Amazon then Zoho Books will not reflect the sales made on Amazon. 
I am confused how to include the sales made in Amazon in Zoho Books so that it reflects complete sales data which can be used to generate reports and files GST returns from the Zoho Books.
