Hello,

I am setting up an email account that currently exists on Godaddy Outlook 360. I have entered all the DNS information in the Godaddy account and verified everything through the ZOHO setup, but when I try to create the email account in ZOHO, it tells me that the Email address already exists.

What am I doing wrong?
