To anyone who successfully implemented the Languages>>Multilingual feature in Desk?

The export file I'm getting is missing a lot of fields and picklist values.  Did you face that also? If so, how did you address it? 

I have a support ticket for this but have not heard back and it is blocking us from setting up workflows and validations. We'd prefer to use our English picklist values for a Spanish-speaking department. If this doesn't work, we have to recreate existing values in Spanish for them. That creates a challenge in cross-department analytics.
