I'm trying insert a new ticket using the addrecord api and define a Ticket Owner to it. I'm able to create the ticket but when I set the owner in the xml like this

<fl val="Ticket Owner">agente name</fl>

or

<fl val="Ticket Owner"> agente@email.address</fl>

Zoho Desk creates the ticket but set is as unsigned.

Can you guys please help me?
